Through comprehensive vocational evaluations, BVS can provide objective employment data to assist the trier of fact in making spousal support decisions. This may include a full review of an individual's education, work history, transferable skills, and access to their local labor market.
Following an accident or injury, BVS can assess the value of lost wages and determine an individual's residual earning capacity. This is accomplished by thoroughly evaluating their current functioning levels, education, training, work experience and access to the local labor market.
